Freelance Sales Representative / Sales Manager
To expand our network, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Freelance Sales Representative or Sales Manager to help position our service-driven business model in the market.
This role is ideal for individuals who don’t just want a job in sales but are motivated to grow independently and unlock above-average earning potential.
At Artisan, there are no rigid structures—your performance directly defines your income.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and actively build your own client network
- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients – all communication runs through you
- Understand client needs in depth and translate them into clear project requirements
- Collaborate closely with our procurement and production team based in Turkey
- Ensure smooth, structured communication between clients and HQ at all stages
- Manage projects from initial inquiry through to successful completion
